Eudocimus ruber
They has about 58cm, live in flocks that call attention due to its lush red color. These birds feed mainly on small crustaceans rich in carotenes, resulting in intense red pigmentation they have. In captivity, food supplements with natural dyes try to supply the nutrients of these crustaceans and so keep the color of the birds.
