Yes, I found it!!! It's been a good day for getting those mushrooms that have been bugging you. I've now started a list of mushrooms who's names I forget :-)
Sorry I dont have any snaps of the underneath side of this. I captured this because it was beautiful and i didnt have any interest about mushrooms. Any way you all make me interrest about this field. Thanks for evey one.

I'm no fungus expert but the form does not look right for a turkey tail. Do you have any photos of the underside? If you do, or are able to get some, that would help the mycologists in the community to identify it for you.

I agree with QWMom! When I saw this, my first thought was "maybe Chihuly got his inspiration from this mushroom..." Nature's beautiful art piece!

Beautiful photograph. I think I've seen these online before but I can't remember the name...
This mushroom resembles Stereum Ostrea but I don't think that this is one, more like something from the same family.
