I'm no fungus expert but the form does not look right for a turkey tail. Do you have any photos of the underside? If you do, or are able to get some, that would help the mycologists in the community to identify it for you.

I agree with QWMom! When I saw this, my first thought was "maybe Chihuly got his inspiration from this mushroom..." Nature's beautiful art piece!

This mushroom resembles Stereum Ostrea but I don't think that this is one, more like something from the same family.
