Blue back, orange chest, and white belly. This guy seemed to just be getting his breeding plumage as he wasn't very brightly colored yet.
At a picnic area at a park in town. Only the second time I've seen this species, and I ended up finding 3 of them. Followed them around all day and this was the best I could get for photos!
