Anthelid caterpillar

Nataxa flavescens

Description:

A very slim tufted caterpillar with a horn on the tail. About 40mm long.

Habitat:

On a large acacia trunk in a roadside rest are just south of Sydney

Notes:

So unlike other Anthelids both as larvae and adults.
