Cajun Chorus Frog

Pseudacris fouquettei

Description:

They are a light brown color, sometimes with stripes on the back and other times with spots in stripe form.

Habitat:

They are found near water in the southeastern US. These guys were calling behind our hotel in a pasture.

Notes:

We took them into our bathroom so we would have light to photograph them, but they ended up hoping all over the place. Was entertaining though! Also this was my first frog pair in amplexus (last photo).
