Polemaetus bellicosus
Large eagle 40-50cm tall, White chest and legs, freckled head, large wings, dark colour with lighter accents. Seems to be a small crest on the top of his head.
Seen in large tree in open woodland overlooking grasslands in Tarangire.
I think this is a young or Martial Eagle...but not sure. Thank you Armadeus for confirmation!
