Tockus deckeni
Medium Hornbill, about 20-25cm tall. Plummage is mostly black, with some white accents. Head is white with black across the top and running down the back of the neck as well. Beak is black in some and red in others. Tail is quite long, black on top and white underneath.
Seen in open scrubland on the fringes of grasslands in Tarangire National Park.
