pholicid spider web

Smeringopus sp ?

Description:

looks like a mesh cylinder on multiple stilts although obviously it must be suspended from lines above. This construction is a little different from the typical messy web in the upper corner of a wall where they are commonly encountered. The owner was a relatively small young spider, about half the size of a typical adult.

Habitat:

This web was constructed inside one of a set of a box like shelves which are open at the back and front but surrounded by 4 walls above.below and to each side.

Notes:

I only noticed this web because the early morning sun shone through it (photo 1)
