Zebra Mantis Shrimp

Description:

It is a largest mantis shrimp in the world and can reach 40 cm in lenght. Zebra mantis shrimp hunts ambushing passing prey. It spears it with large spear like appendages.

Habitat:

Species is native to tropical and subtropical waters of Indo-Pacific Ocean.
