Moth

Description:

Initially I passed it by thinking it was just a piece of fluff or a cocoon or something caught on the painted bamboo pole. Then I looked again and it was actually an insect! Most peculiar body texture.

Habitat:

Neora Valley Jungle Camp. About 3km from the coordinates shown. Remote hilly forested area. Himalayan foothills.

Notes:

Can any one help with the ID, please?
