Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) = photo 3 et 4 seulement.
Photo 1, 2, & 5 = Sabal or Cabbage Palm (Sabal palmetto)
They look very similar and grow together, but not the same.

Thanks. My Audubon guide does not present the Saw Palmetto.

Caroline, I believe you have a mixture of plants here that may be best separated into different spottings. For example, pic 3 is Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repents) (very similar to the palm that is growing in the midst of it, but not the same plant) The palm is a Cabbage Palm (Sabal palmetto). Now the first pic seems to be a close up of the trunk of the palm to the left in pic 2. This is another of the same Cabbage palms, but with the "boots" ( those criss crossing spikes) removed.
