Description:

Metallic green beetle with orange and black legs, thorax and head. About 1 cm long. Looks like an Oedemerid, if it is, it is much larger and brighter colored than our usual species here.

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, semi-urban area on the outskirts of San Cristobal, 2,200 meters.

Thanks Livan, I'll check out both families better.

Could it be maybe a member of Family Pyrochroidae - Fire-Colored Beetles? I just didn't see anything in either family on bugguide that I thought was it 100%
