These guys are so common almost everywhere, so I often neglect to count them.. However, here there were a noisy bunch of some 10 to 15 birds, and very used and mindless of crowd, feeding on a fig tree in the town center - the occasion was just great to let it go wasted... To me they looked like juveniles just moulted to their first winter plumage.
One of the commonest birds in the continent, seen almost everywhere and in every kind of habitat. Here in urban environment, town garden in the center of Mont St Michel.
