Description:

•It's the largest species in the toucan family. •They eat fruit, insects, frogs, reptiles, small birds and eggs. •The bill looks heavy, but as in other toucans it is relatively light.

Habitat:

Semi-open habitats, such as woodland, savanna, plantations, cerrado, forest, wooded gardens -I saw this toucan in Foz do Iguaçu (PR, Brazil)
