Fluffy chicks, with spots, in their nest. Not yet able to fly.
The nest is atop a mossy roof in Geiranger, Norway. This is a busy tourist area on the marina.
I saw a gull land near the nest, but I could not tell if it was the mother. I did not observe it feed the chicks.
