Menelaides polytes ledebouria
The female form stichius of the Common Mormon, Menelaides polytes ledebouria Eschscholtz 1821 (Papilionidae; Papilioninae; Papilionini). It is a common species of swallowtail butterfly widely distributed across Asia. The numerous forms of its females are known to mimic inedible red-bodied swallowtails, such as the common rose and the crimson rose.
