Description:

Large brilliant lime green moth with feathery antenna and eyespots on the forewings. Beautiful long tail on each hindwing.

Habitat:

Very rural area in open area of woods where a house sits. Attracted to moth lights/sheet.

Notes:

One of three male luna moths that showed up on this night. One of them was on my leg and flew up the leg of my shorts!
