Description:

A much rarer variety than the abundant yellow cowslip, also found in boggy ground and favours open meadows and woodlands. 10-15cm tall with up to 30 blooms per stem. Blooms in spring and is a perennial.

Habitat:

seen at the Yorkshire wildlife trust owned woods in Maltby, Rotherham
