A long-stemmed mushroom with a small dark cap (15 mm wide) and dark stipe. Gills were dark with a rough appearance. Spore print - black

Habitat:

Spotted on grass in a nature reserve

Notes:

These are saprotrophic (feeding off non-living organic matter) mushrooms seen on dung in grasslands.
