Rosette Fungus

Podoscypha petalodes

Description:

A rosette of thin leathery crinkled layers, brown in the centre and pale around the margins. The underside was smooth, thinning towards the edges.

Habitat:

Growing in moist cleared areas (perhaps from buried wood) in a national park.

Notes:
