American Cockroach

Description:

Abundant cockroaches all over this cave. Reddish brown, possess wings but I have not seen even one fly. Medium-sized - average length about 3cm. They feed on carcasses and bat guano.

Habitat:

Inside Gomantong Cave, on the way to Sukau, Lower Kinabatangan, Sabah.
