Description:

Lasiocampa quercus, is a species of moth in the Lasiocampidae family. The larvae feed on Larix, Betula, Salix and Rubus species. It was spotted, photographed and released unharmed back in to the wild, in the National park of Tzoumerka mountains, Epirus region, Greece.
