Description:

Family: Noctuidae, Subfamily: Agaristinae (Wood-Nymphs and Foresters). Total length: 24 mm. A common moth. White FW has white wings with ST area a dark red with yellow-green edging and ST line is evenly curved. Nocturnal. Hosts: grape, Virginia creeper.

Habitat:

Woodlands, comes to light.

Resembles Pearly Wood-Nymph Moth
