Congrats Dan! This spotting is being featured as a PN Fun Fact!

Project Noah Fun Fact: First described in 1856, snow fungus is actually a parasitic yeast that infects a host fungus usually from the genus Annulohypoxylon. It is common throughout the world particularly to tropical and subtropical areas, but extends into temperate areas as well. It is commercially cultivated and is one of the most popular fungi in the cuisine and medicine of China.
