Lizard

Hemidactylus sp.

Description:

Like a pale, uni-coloured house lizard with distinctly different markings. The tail appears to be spiky.

Habitat:

My backyard. I keep a few bricks that serve as stepping stones when the area is flooded during the monsoon. Today when cleaning, I moved the bricks and this lizard toppled out.

Notes:

Hemidactylus what? Hemidactylus brookii seems to be the nearest match. Just wishing there was more sunlight.
