Geometrid Moth

Syneora hemeropa

Description:

3cm moth

Habitat:

found sleeping on Native Sarsaparilla by a community oval, probably the plant species is irrelevent

Notes:

The wings on my example are held at different angles from all of the online sources and normally that would indicate a different species but I am about 70% sure of this identification
