Gildella suavis
A small sized Praying Mantis, this Gildella suavis has beautiful coloured and markings on her wings. During a recent trip, found this female Praying Mantis on a cluster of bush just next to the accommodation building of the Park I was staying. So I was able to observes here over 3 days. Most of the time, she is just sitting still under a leaf. But when she is hunting, she will go on top of a leaf where it is more likely to have other insects to come by. Was able to see her hunt and feed on a Moth and a Grasshopper.

Thanks, @Ashley for the nomination :)
Thanks too, @Maria dB for your appreciation and kind words :)
What a beautiful mantis! And cool that you got photos of it eating as well.
Your spotting has been nominated for the Spotting of the Week. The winner will be chosen by the Project Noah Rangers based on a combination of factors including: uniqueness of the shot, status of the organism (for example, rare or endangered), quality of the information provided in the habitat and description sections. There is a subjective element, of course; the spotting with the highest number of Ranger votes is chosen. Congratulations on being nominated!
@ornithoptera80 - Yes, she is and thanks :)
Thanks @Michael Sarill and @SukanyaDatta for your kind words and appreciation. She was observed over 3 days and the feeding was on different days, understandably as she is pregnant and should be laying an Ootheca soon.
Really hungry, wasn't she? Wonderfully clear shots (as always) Thanks for sharing.
wonderful photos, albertkang! amazing to see this praying mantis hunting two different insects.
