White avalanche lily

Erythronium montanum

White, drooping flowers with pointed petals that grow in partial shade. The plants were around 6" tall. There was snow on the ground near them, despite the temperature being around 50 degrees.

Seen adjacent to an alpine trail at around 5500' elevation in Mount Rainier NP.
