Angled Lobelia

Lobelia anceps

Description:

Attractive fan shaped purple flowers in terminal spikes. The flowers have two lips with the lower lip dissected into three lobes and the upper into two small lobes.
Leaves were long and narrrow.
The plant seemed to have spreading habit with long tangled stems on the forest floor.

Habitat:

Spotted on the side of a walking track by a conservation area, in dappled shade.
