I'm not very sure because there's a chance that this might be Potanthus pseudomaesa. It's usually found above 700m asl. But as it's quite rare, this might be Tropic Dart.

Yeah that's what i think too Tropical Dart

I'm not exactly sure but maybe it's Potanthus satra.
