Description:

Small leaf miner beetle about 6mm long. Red head and thorax. Black with one orange stripe down the edge of each wing.

Habitat:

Prairie restoration area.

Notes:

A cluster of these came out of a plant when the leaves were separated. There were 6 or 7 of them packed into this tiny little pocket.
