Description:

Amazing Moth!! This Moth was very hairy, had clear top wings with a gold edge, white lower wings with 2 gold circles, something long and fuzzy hanging from it's bottom a few mm down that wiggles.Top body was golden/brown and the rest white, the gold antennae was short but very beautiful

I think your moth's wings are more clear than in the link I provided because they may have worn off. Here is a photo of Colla rhodope which has worn wings:

Thank you for the ID, stho002 and Jakubko, I always check the ID's but with this Moth is not going to be easy for me, your ID's looked very complicated!!.
I think you both are talking about the same genus and that is as far as I got...??More help please!!
