Irania gutturalis
Male, adult - height is about 16-18cm and he breeds on dry, rocky slopes, often above 1000m with dense bushes and scattered trees. He winters in E Africa and is very a rare vagrant in N Europe. His ‘home’ is from Turkey to Afghanistan. He is rather shy, but he sings from an open perch and occasionally in gliding. His food is mostly insects and he nests in bushes or low in thick-foliaged trees and lays about 4-5 eggs. (Infos from the Collins Bird Guide)
