A short, skinny and beautiful palm with bright green, rigid leaves.
In the middle of an open courtyard inside the Naval Museum in Cartagena.
It's definitely a fan palm. The leaves look like a Livistona but the trunk just doesn't say it.
Reminds me of a Pritchardia or Licuala. Nice palm. I hope someone can be more definite.
