Description:

According to Wikipedia: "The caterpillar larvae of the Psychidae construct cases out of silk and environmental materials such as sand, soil, lichen, or plant materials." This one just attached any garden materials that were handy - like leaves.

Habitat:

It was hanging from an unknown seedling, underneath a Yesterday-today-and-tomorrow (Brunfelsia) flowering plant.
