Fun fact! Male silk moths are able to detect pheromones from a distance of 7 miles away! Scientists estimate they can "smell" the chemicals given off by female moths at a ratio of a few hundred among 25,000,000,000,000,000,000 molecules in a cubic centimeter of air.
