Description:

Cap thin, conical, cream-colored to light beige at apex, glabrous, margin smooth with two small notches and two translucent spots; diameter ~ 33 mm, height ~ 18 mm. Gills brown, close, free. Stipe cream-colored, cylindrical, tapering, hollow; diameter ~ 4 mm at base, ~ 2 mm at top; height ~ 65mm of which ~ 18 mm is inside cone of cap.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood on insular tropical upland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted growing in a lawn.
