It is, I just put some leaves down to make a more attractive background. It was in a stream in Southern Indiana.

Actually, those are Midland Painted Turtles (Chrysemys picta marginata) You can tell them apart by red/yellow lines on the face, midland turtles have these while sliders don't have as prominent or colorful lines. Also, Red Ears have the large red "ear" which is almost always visible. Nice to see another Indiana spotter.

Indeed, a midland painted turtle. Shame someone painted it, they are naturally beautiful. Plus it is really harmful to them.
Either a Bullfrog or green frog, tough to tell on this one, but I'm thinking green frog.
