Habitat:

Creek in woods. Found under a rock, stuck to bottom of rock in the water. In photos, it is swimming in some creek water.

Notes:

Location suggests stream mayfly family. Beyond that, no idea what genus or species.

I can't id it but it is a stonefly rather than a mayfly larva.
