Castiarina cruentata
Another highly colorful jewel beetle about 15mm long. Deep metallic blue including ventral parts and legs but with two and a half pairs of deep orange, broken bands over the wing cases.
Feeding on Leptosperma scoparium in a local nature reserve.

Good info re those orange tags. Those 'next' ones don't seem to match either then. An undescribed Victorian species :)
Geoff didn't find this one today. C. klugii is not a Victorian species according to Barker but is listed on ALA. I think the two basal (touching base of elytra, ie pronotum) orange spots are much further back in your specimen and it is possibly not klugii. Check the next one?
