Assassin Bug

Zelus luridus

Description:

This small Assassin Bug doesn't have a common name. Dark back with "spikes" on either side of the thorax. Green underside with green and brown legs.

Habitat:

Forested campground at county park.

Notes:

I saw two of these little guys at different times. It was difficult to get a really good photo as neither one would stop moving long enough for a nice clear, whole body shot.
