Damages on one shoot of young european ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior, I believe - check the pic N°4); where the bark has fallen off recently; I'm betting on genus Scolytus.
Observed on edges of wetland in an area of mixed use (agricultural fields and some protected wetlands and woods), all located in Geneva lake valley, French side.
