Description:

Forewings have a pale median band. Extensive black markings. This genus is found only in the Americas where most species are tropical. Females lay their eggs in clusters.

Habitat:

Open areas with pastures dunes and roadsides.

Notes:

These two were with several others mating and laying eggs on the Frogfruit, phyla nodiflora.
