Casemoth or caddis larva?

Description:

Still attached to an Allocasuarina leaf this poor little moth larvae has probably met it's end judging by an abnormal tell-tale hole drilled into the side of the case. Very likely the hole was made by some wasp?

Habitat:

In a local nature reserve.

Notes:

Trichoptera or Psychidae?
