Cooper's hawks are one of the alpha predators in my urban neighborhood. This juvenile was spotted in my back yard. I also see Red-Tailed Hawks.

@leducky300: the hawk was sighted right in my backyard in Emeryville, CA. They are very common in my urban neighborhood as there are lots of pigeons.
