Description:

Stick Insect/Phasmid of the species Loxopsis valeroi. Pics #1 and #2 is the adult female and Pic #3 shows the cluster of eggs of the species, this was seen separately on different occasion.

Habitat:

Endemic to the island of Borneo, Malaysia

Notes:

This species was newly described by Dr. Francis Seow-Choen in 2016 after Pablo Valero, a Phasmid Taxanomist from Spain.
