Boletes

Boletus sp.

Habitat:

Wooded areas, some associated with specific tree species will grow near the base of the tree.

Notes:

I am very unfamiliar with IDing Mushrooms. I think I've worked out this is a Bolete of some kind. It seems though all mushrooms with the Bolete common name may not be necessarily in the genus Boletus, so any help with specific ID is appreciated. Also, I was unaware that species may be associated with a particular tree and I did not pay attention to the tree at which base these were growing. I'll update in a comment when I check it out.
