Tyrant flycatcher that looks somewhat like a female vermillian flycatcher. This one was hawking for flies near a trash can & picnic table in the rec ctr area of Santa Clara Pt of Mission Bay. Cornel labs states that they are often found around human habitation and are undaunted by human activity. This was definitely the case with this guy
