Stag Beetle


A female stag beetle with a less impressive mandibles (jaw) compared that of a male. Black-colored body but with reddish upper thighs. This species can fly. This beetle was found near to the rhinoceros beetle in my previous spotting. Possibly a Neolucanus species or Odontolabis cf. imperialis.
