Description:

Medium sized butterfly (about 5 to 6 cm wingspan) with all orange appearance. On a closer view, there is a range of blue spots, bordered in brown, on wing edges; and a range of dark brown and yellow markings on forewings.

Habitat:

Found on forest border in marshy area near Jura mountains.
